Martha and Molly’s points to know:
To make an order, please call/email Liz on 413649 and then all orders must be confirmed by email to email@example.com – just to make sure there won’t be any misunderstandings when placing your order.
All emails will receive a rapid response – if you don’t get one, it’s because I haven’t got your email.
For each order, please allow 48 hours so that your treats can be handmade, hand finished and delivered.
When a celebration cake is required, a minimum of 6 weeks’ notice is needed – especially for Christmas.
Just in case we need to call you about your order or to arrange a convenient delivery, please leave your contact telephone number.
All orders are to be pre-paid by bank transfer or paid in cash on receipt of delivery. For bank account information, please request when making your order. A receipt will be issued.
As this is a small business which relies on its cash flow, credit terms will not be offered. For all Trade enquiries, please make contact directly.
Feedback – Good or Constructive
If you would like to give your comments relating to the treats you have received, please do so directly to Martha and Molly’s by phone or email. It’s great to get positive feedback but also important to know when your order wasn’t delivered, made or tasted as you expected.
It is respectfully requested that you do not take to any social media platform to leave comments which may damage the reputation of Martha and Molly’s. A resolution can always be found if known about directly from the complainant.
