Description
In this workshop we will produce a basket style cake filled with buttercream roses and decorative handle plus matching floral cupcakes. We learn how to stack our sponge layers, choose our fillings, cover in a basket style buttercream finish and then simple piping floral buttercream roses.
All cakes, buttercreams and decorations are provided so we have plenty of time to learn the basic cake building and decoration of our cakes. You’ll take home everything you create and the boxes are also included. Small class sizes so there’s individual attention as needed.
This workshop takes approximately 2 – 2½ hours including a break midway. The workshop starts at 2:00pm.
Our location is The Salmon Centre, Laxey.
