There are so many flavour’s to choose from these days and listed below are some of the most popular and well-loved variations.

As there are too many flavour’s to list, please ask if the one you want isn’t listed below.  I am happy to guide you through the various options and the best way to do this is to eat cake! Cake tasting is an essential part of the cake creation and happens early on in the process. There is a charge for this of £25.00 and if you do decide to book your wedding cake with me, this will be deducted from the overall cake cost. 

Top tip: as it’s your cake, make sure your favourite flavour is in there but then stick to popular flavours. Each tier can be a different flavour so everyone will have a choice and enjoy all of your cake. 

Strawberry and vanilla

A dark sponge filled with fruits, cherries and nuts (or not), with spiced flavour’s soaked in Brandy or Rum.
